Each fall, Pierce's Project hosts the Premature Oktoberfest event to raise funds for our support programs. Funds raised go towards supporting our care packages, special events, parking subsidies for parents with babies in the NICU and our new counseling program that helps parents who are struggling with the emotional effects of having a premature baby.

This year marks our 6th annual event. It will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019, at 8.2.0 Bar/Restaurant located in the AvidXchange Music Factory. Hosted by WCNC’s Chief Meteorologist and Charlottean of the Year Brad Panovich and wife Tammy, we have an exciting night planned with an open beer and wine bar, delicious food, music by DJ Sky and Silke Beats, and a specially brewed craft beer on tap for the big event. We will also have raffle tickets and a mystery craft beer pull to raise additional funds for our programs. Families can also get in on the action by setting up a team fundraising page to share your story and ask friends and family to support Pierce's Project.

Please make plans to join us for this special evening. Tickets are $100 and you will be able to purchase your tickets soon! If you are interested in donating a raffle prize or silent auction item, please send us a message here. If you are interested in volunteering, please let us know!
